Seydou Fofana

Seydou Fofana is an experienced project manager currently holding the position of Gestionnaire de projets Jr at CIMA+ since June 2022. Prior to this role, Seydou worked as Gestionnaire de projets Exploitation at CDPQ Infra from January to June 2022. An earlier internship at MP Repro focused on continuous improvement, while a consultancy role at FÉRIQUE involved conducting a competitive analysis of marketing strategies and developing a targeted marketing strategy. Additionally, Seydou contributed to process optimization as a student consultant for the Ville de Montréal, proposing an organizational restructuring of an IT framework. Previous experience also includes an internship at BOMBARDIER, where Seydou planned and managed acceptance testing for robots. Seydou obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, following a preparatory year at the same institution.
