Jay Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jay began their career at Eaton Corporation in 1999 as a Lean/Six Sigma Coordinator, where they stayed until 2003. Following that, they worked at Parker Hannifin as a Div Lean/Quality Manager from 2006 to 2010. Jay then joined Valerus as a Plant Manager from 2010 to 2012. Jay later became the VP of Manufacturing at IDE from 2012 to 2015. Jay's next role was as the General Manager at Bodycote from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at Cimarron, where they have held various positions including Director of Operational Excellence from 2016 to 2018, Sr. Director of Materials and Planning from 2018 to 2022, and currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing since December 2022.
Jay Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in the years 1992 to 1998. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued an MBA degree specializing in MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
