Pravin Shah is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience across various leadership roles in multinational companies. Currently serving as Country Head at Aereon India Pvt. Ltd since April 2022, Pravin previously held key positions such as Vice President Operations at Loyal Equipment Limited and Director of Operations at Oswal Industries Limited. Notable achievements include the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, securing environmental clearances, and introducing safety and training initiatives in operations. Pravin has a solid background in sourcing and supplier quality development at Ingersoll Rand India, where significant improvements in productivity and operational excellence were achieved.
