Luiza Rosinska currently serves as Chief Risk Officer at CIMB Bank Philippines, overseeing all risk management areas for digital operations since March 2025. Prior to this role, Luiza worked at UOB as Executive Director and Country Head of Risk Management, focusing on various aspects of risk management including credit and operational risk from August 2021 to February 2025. Luiza's previous experience includes serving as EVP and Head of Risk Policy and Credit Risk Intelligence at ttb bank, managing a large team dedicated to credit risk oversight from June 2018 to August 2021. Earlier roles at ING encompassed oversight of internal governance and credit risk reporting, as well as managing credit risk performance for the bank’s entire portfolio. Luiza began the career at BNP Paribas as a Credit Risk Analyst, ensuring compliance and reliability of risk reporting. Academia includes advanced leadership training in Finance and Strategy from Rotterdam School of Management and a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, graduated Cum Laude.
