Charlene Quah

Charlene Quah currently serves as the Brand Communications & PR Lead at CIMB Singapore since April 2023. Prior to this role, Charlene held various positions at ING Bank N.V. Singapore from July 2013 to March 2023, including Director of Communications & Brand Experience, where responsibilities encompassed strategic communications advising, media relations, campaign conceptualization, and internal communications management across multiple locations. Charlene's earlier experience includes a Senior Executive position at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, managing National Education programmes and PR campaigns, and as a Conference Producer at Pacific Conferences Pte Ltd, where event development and management were key responsibilities. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
