Elena See

Elena See has been with CIMB since July 2009, working their way up from Business Analyst to Regional Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently serving as the HR Data and Support Lead, Elena excels in strategic planning and analytics to support the talent acquisition process. With a background in Statistics from the University of Malaya, Elena is well-equipped for their role in developing hiring strategies and preparing reports within the HR department. Elena also completed the FSTEP graduate training programme to further enhance their skills in various banking sectors.
