Joshua Chia

Joshua Chia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and transformation. Currently, as Director in the CEO's Office and Head of Strategy and Transformation at CIMB Singapore since March 2020, Joshua oversees multiple teams focused on strategy formulation, process transformation, customer experience enhancement, and performance management. Previous roles include Vice President in the CEO's Office at CIMB, Management Consultant at Accenture, and Business Development Manager at Select Group Limited, where Joshua developed growth strategies and spearheaded market entry initiatives across Southeast Asia. Joshua possesses a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Finance from Singapore Management University.
