Dave Malinauskas has diverse work experience in various roles at CIMCO Refrigeration and Mastech Quantum. At CIMCO Refrigeration, they worked as President, Director of Engineering, Manager of Engineering, and SAP Project Manager. Dave joined the company in 2001 as a SAP Project Manager and later held higher positions until becoming President in 2015. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst at Mastech Quantum. Before joining Mastech Quantum, they worked at CIMCO Refrigeration as a Product Engineer and later as a Project Engineer.
Dave Malinauskas pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, which they completed between 1990 and 1995. Dave later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from McMaster University, which they completed between 1998 and 2001.
