Phil Talasman

Phil Talasman has extensive experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry, currently serving as Inside Sales Support at CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. since July 2016. Promoted through various roles, Phil has been instrumental as a Commercial HVAC/R Account Manager, focusing on client relationships and managing business operations. Previous positions include Service Team Lead, where team training and daily operations were overseen, and Construction Coordinator, collaborating on project management. Prior to CIMCO, Phil worked as a Service Coordinator at Genrep Ltd/Ltee, maintaining service schedules and managing relationships with mechanics. Phil holds a High School Diploma from York Mills Collegiate High School, earned in 2002.
