Cenker Mirzaoğlu completed his high school education at Adana Anatolian High School, Cenker Mirzaoğlu graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in 1996.
He started his professional career as a Strategy and Business Development Specialist at BetonSA, one of the Sabancı Group companies, and later assumed different managerial roles in strategy, business development, R&D, and general management in both domestic and international operations at Group companies Akçansa and Çimsa. In 2011, he assumed the role of General Manager at Çimbeton, one of the Çimentaş Group companies, and later served as the Çimentaş Group Sales and Marketing Director. He was appointed as the General Manager of ÇİMKO Cement and Concrete in 2015 and was appointed as the CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of the same company in 2017. Cenker Mirzaoğlu, who joined Çimentaş Group again in June 2019, continues his career as a Member of the Board of Directors and CEO.
Mirzaoğlu, who has more than 20 years of experience in the construction, cement, and ready-mixed concrete industry, speaks English very well.

Cimentas Izmir Cimento Fabrikasi TAS is a Turkey-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of cement and clinker. The Company also produces ready mixed concrete for domestic and foreign markets. It is performing production activities in Izmir and Trace enterprises. Its affiliates include Cimbeton Hazir Beton, Sureko Atik Yonetimi Nakliye Lojistik, Destek Organizasyon Temizlik, Elazig Altinova Cimento, Bakircay Cimento, Yapitek Yapi Teknoloji, Ilion Cimento, Recydia and Cemit LLC. During the year 2009, the Company sold its complete stake in Alfacem SRL, and acquired a 70% stake in Serhat Atik AS, renamed as Sureko, which is engaged in the disposal of harmful waste. Cimentas Izmir Cimento Fabrikasi TAS is a subsidiary of Cementir Holding Group. In November 2013, it sold its 96.75% stake in Yapitek Yapi Teknolojisi Sanayi ve Ticaret AS to Inmobiliaria y Construcciones TORRESOL S.A.
