Tim Shepherd

Tim Shepherd has worked in the insurance industry since 1997. Tim began their career at Allianz as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for driving premium growth across Credit Unions and Building Societies. Tim then moved to AXA Assistance Australia as a National Business Development Manager in 2003. In 2006, they became the Head of Distribution at Protocol Suite, and in 2008, they were the Senior Business Development Manager at AIG. In 2011, they took on a role as Direct Marketing and Distribution Manager A&NZ, Accident & Health at ACE Group, and also became a Director at My Everyday Insurance Pty Ltd, a direct online Insurance company offering a range of general insurance products. In 2015, they became the Director, Business Development - Managed Operations Australia & New Zealand at Salmat, and in 2016, they were the Head of Insurance at Citi. In 2018, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at CIMET.

Tim Shepherd attended Casino High School from 1989 to 1994. Tim then attended University of Technology Sydney from 2008 to 2011.
