Corey Hannett

Corey Hannett serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CIMIC Group Limited since October 2023. Previously, Hannett was the Director General at the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority from April 2014 to March 2023, overseeing the $100 billion Victoria's Big Build infrastructure program and leading significant projects such as the Metro Tunnel and Level Crossing Removal Project. Before that, Hannett was the Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Rail Link Authority from January 2009 to October 2014, focusing on the Regional Rail Link project, which enhanced rail capacity in Melbourne's western suburbs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from Victoria University, CP Engineering from Engineers Australia, and fellowship status with the Institute of Engineers Australia. Additionally, Hannett is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
