Amitt Sharma

Amitt Sharma has worked in various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. Amitt is currently serving as the Head of Finance at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), where they oversee accounting entry, financial reporting, and budget management. Previously, Amitt served as the Country Head at HKPinoy Global Limited, where they provided leadership and strategic recommendations to the executive management team, managed financial forecasting and budgets, and developed relations with stakeholders. Amitt has also served as the Chief Financial Officer & Team Leader at Sirocco Pay, the Head of Finance at SMI Private Limited, and the General Manager at DEUTSCHE INDISCHE HANDELSKAMMER. In these roles, they were responsible for day-to-day accounting matters and the finalization of accounts and audits.

Amitt Sharma completed a Master's degree in COMPANY LAW from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they completed their MASTER degree in ADVANCE ACCOUNTING, TAXATION, AUDITING, COMPLIANCE, and INTERNAL CONTROL from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Amitt Sharma also holds a certification in Corporate Finance: Robust Financial Modeling from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023.
