Lemlem Zewdu Ayalew, CIPM, currently serves as a Program Assistant at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) since June 2019. Prior to this role, Lemlem was a Senior Program Assistant at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA) from February 2014 to June 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating activities to support projects and managing correspondence to track progress. Earlier experience includes a position as a Front Desk Assistant, handling communications and organizing seminars. Lemlem holds a Certificate in Project Management from the American Academy of Project Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Addis Ababa University.
