Michele Giuliani is an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager currently overseeing the ESO-ELT Telescope project at Cimolai Group since January 2019. Previously, Michele held similar roles for the ESO-ELT project at Astaldi and served as a Procurement & Supply Chain Commodity Manager at Leonardo, managing critical programs including Boeing 787, Eurofighter, and F-35 JSF, while supervising a team responsible for direct material procurement and supplier management. Earlier experience includes program management at Global Aeronautica and Alenia North America, along with manufacturing engineering roles focused on tooling and hydraulic/electrical systems. Michele holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
