Luis Lugo is an experienced quality control inspector specializing in mechanical inspections within the oil refinery sector. Currently employed as an Inspector de control de calidad at CIMONTUBO since March 2019, Luis has a robust background that includes previous roles at the same company starting from June 2015. Key responsibilities have involved overseeing the construction and maintenance of above ground storage oil tanks and various plant facilities at the Paraguaná Refinery Complex (CRP), PDVSA. Previous positions include Inspector QA/QC at NAINTEC and ICM PROYECTOS 2001 C.A, leading maintenance works during major shutdowns and repairs across multiple units. Luis holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda, earned from 1999 to 2007.
