Florence Escande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and innovation management. Currently serving as Team Leader at CIMPA PLM Services since September 2015, Florence leads the Innovation & Agile team while also acting as a Senior Agile Consultant and EPIC Owner proxy at Airbus, focusing on developing innovative aircraft maintenance solutions. Florence has held various roles, including R&T Manager, where the oversight of scientific and technical directions was emphasized, and Consultant innovation at Airbus, directing technological audits and strategic orientations for an Innovation Laboratory.
