Danae Balius

Danae Balius is a Senior HR Professional with extensive experience in HR business partnering and employee relations. They served as HR Manager at Elements Interactive from 2015 to 2016, where they successfully enhanced employee engagement and improved retention rates. They have held various positions, including Manager of People Businesses Partner at Dow Jones from 2018 to 2024, where they provided strategic HR support to senior leaders and managed complex employee relations.
