Shailee Thapak is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in strategic recruitment and talent advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead - Tech at Cimpress since October 2024, Shailee previously held the position of Team Lead - Talent Acquisition for Bosch Australia & New Zealand, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical functions, stakeholder management, and enhancing employer branding efforts. Additional experience encompasses roles at GoTo Group as Talent Partner & RecOps Lead, Google in Staffing Operations, and Red Hat as Global Talent Sourcer, among others. Shailee holds a Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, and Human Resources from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Computer Science from Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management.
