Dave Macfie

Dave Macfie began their career in 1989 as a Development Engineer for Hoechst Celanese Corp. In 1994, they became the Regional Sales Manager for AC Technology. Two years later, they moved to CDM Technologies as a Software Sales Specialist, providing CAD/CAM solutions for engineering, design and manufacturing companies. In 1998, they took on the role of Strategic Accounts for Cimquest. In 2013, they became the Advanced Product Specialist for DesignPoint Solutions and the Director of 3D Printer Sales for Cimquest, Inc., building sales and customer channels in the area of 3D Printer/3D production systems.

Dave Macfie obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1989. Dave has also obtained three certifications from SolidWorks and DS SolidWorks Corp. These certifications include a Certified SolidWorks Enterprise Sales Professional (2013), a Certified SolidWorks Sales Professional Solution Specialist (2010), and a Certified SolidWorks Sales Professional (2009).
