Michael Ness

Michael Ness is a seasoned project manager with diverse experience in engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CIMS Limited Partnership since March 2023, Michael has previously held the position of a Construction and Fabrication Engineer at BQE Water from April 2022 to March 2023. Michael's extensive background includes roles as a Project Manager at The Gisborne Group from June 2018 to March 2022 and at Northwest Fabricators from May 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed quoting, CAD, project management, and document control. Additionally, Michael has a unique experience as a professional skier at Whistler Blackcomb since January 2010, showcasing skills in public performances, particularly during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Earlier career experience includes serving as a stonemason at C-Mac Contracting, focusing on luxury home features in Whistler. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University, completed in 2018, and also studied at Okanagan College from 2012 to 2015.
