Susie Benson McImspa Cmgr

Susie Benson MCIMSPA CMgr has extensive experience in workforce management and development within the sports sector. Currently serving as National Workforce Manager at CIMSPA since October 2019, Susie has also held roles as Regional Manager and Partnerships Executive within the organization. Prior to CIMSPA, Susie worked at Triathlon Scotland as Coaching Development Manager and spent over a decade at sportscotland as Partnership Manager and Senior Watersports Instructor. Additional experience includes serving as Workforce Coordinator at Glasgow 2014 Limited and Recruitment Consultant at Hays. Susie holds a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from Loughborough College and a BSc Hons in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Glasgow.
