Roger W Tran (陳萬霖) has over 8 years of professional experience. In 2012, they began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, where they mentored student workflow and progress through collaborative architectural and product design projects. In 2013, they worked as an Architectural Designer at Field Architecture, where they drafted submittal drawing sets for custom residential homes through design development phase. In 2014, they worked as an Architectural Designer at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), designing multi-use highrise towers and commercial offices through concept and schematic design phases. Roger W also worked as a Master of Architecture Candidate at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, though they dropped out at the end of year 1. In 2015, they worked as a Lead Product Designer at Jyve Corporation, designing the company's core gig-economy products from the product's initial conception. Roger W also worked as the Owner of Roger W Tran. In 2016, they founded Aloe Homes, where they design, builds, and brings-to-market homes, multi-family, and commercial projects in Los Angeles & the Bay Area. In 2021, they founded Iro House, a premium architectural lifestyle location for beauty, skincare, and fashion productions. Currently, they are the Chief Product Officer & Co-founder at Cinapse, where they are building the Operating System of Hollywood.

Roger W Tran received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History from Stanford University in 2013. In 2012, they studied Scandinavian Furniture Design at DIS - Study Abroad. In 2010, they took a course in Web/New Media at Academy of Art University. In 2014, they earned their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
