Chris Millner has an extensive work experience history spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1996, they worked as an Associate at King & Spalding, where they handled litigation cases and advised clients on employment and labor issues. In 2000, they briefly worked in Business Development at VerticalOne (now Yodlee). From 2001 to 2003, they were a Consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on growth strategy and due diligence projects for Fortune 1000 clients and private equity firms.
In 2003, Chris joined CheckFree Corporation as a Product Strategist, developing strategies for product lines and new market entry. Chris later became the Director of Business Development, leading acquisition and partnership opportunities. Chris played a key role in integrating the acquisition of PhoneCharge, Inc., resulting in a $100 million deal. Chris then became Vice President of Business Development before leaving the company in 2007.
Following their time at CheckFree Corporation, Chris worked at Fiserv as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development and General Manager of the Club Solutions business unit. Chris managed the full P&L and oversaw various departments.
From 2013 to 2015, Chris worked as an Independent Consultant, providing advisory services in financial technology and payments to various firms. Chris then joined North Highland as a Principal, specializing in the Payments & FinTech industry. Chris led consulting projects and guaranteed the firm's work until January 2019.
Following their stint at North Highland, Chris joined PrimeRevenue as the VP of Product & Working Capital Solutions. Chris later transitioned to the role of VP of Working Capital Solutions. PrimeRevenue is a finance technology company that helps organizations optimize cash flow. Chris left the company in March 2020.
Most recently, Chris Millner assumed the position of Chief Product Officer at CINC Systems in March 2021. Overall, Chris has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategy, business development, and consulting across various sectors.
Chris Millner has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Duke University. Chris also holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from William & Mary Law School.
