Alejandro Andrade

Alejandro Andrade possesses extensive experience in the ceramics industry, currently serving as Team Manager for the Paste Preparation Section at CINCA - Companhia Industrial de Cerâmica, S.A. since September 2018, where responsibilities include team management and continuous optimization of production processes through data analysis. Previously, Alejandro worked as a Ceramic Laboratory Technician, overseeing process variables in the preparation of atomized powders. Prior experience also includes a role as a Quality Control Analyst at Quimbiotec, focusing on physical and chemical analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Alejandro holds a degree in Chemical Process Engineering and a degree in Chemical Process Technology from IUT Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios, along with a High School Diploma in Sciences from U.E.P. Boyaca.
