Marco Fregni

Marco Fregni has a diverse and extensive work experience in the ceramic industry. Marco started their career as the Manager of the Engineering Department at Mirage Spa in 1997. Marco then moved on to Emilceramica Group Spa, where they served as the National Sales Manager for all the North American Market from 1999 to 2016. After that, they joined Florim USA as the CEO from 2016 to 2019. Marco then held positions as President at CC Höganäs Byggkeramik AB from 2020 to present and President at Pukkila Oy Ab from 2021 to 2022. Prior to these roles, they were the Chief Executive Officer at CINCA - Companhia Industrial de Cerâmica, S.A. from 2019 to present and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti SpA since 2020.

Marco Fregni began their education by attending Enrico Fermi Modena from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Chemistry. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia from 1994 to 1999, earning a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics of Materials. Finally, in 1999 to 2000, Marco attended Politecnico di Milano, focusing on Polymer/Plastics Engineering, though no specific degree was mentioned.
