Cinch Designs was founded on a simple idea: hardware should work for every hand.

Built from decades of experience designing products that fit the human anatomy, Cinch brings a clinical understanding of movement to the world of mechanical design. Through years of working directly with people and their mobility needs, it became clear that traditional fasteners often created unnecessary barriers for designers and were difficult for many users, especially those with limited strength or dexterity. The need for smarter, simpler solutions was clear.

Cinch was created to meet that need. Our fastening systems are engineered for ease of use, strength, and real-world functionality. Every detail reflects a human-centric design approach, refined through testing, iteration, and feedback from people who rely on their gear every day. Our proprietary designs are patented or patent pending, ensuring lasting protection for original designs that put people first. Designed for longevity, our hardware helps extend the life of the products it’s built into, supporting repair and more sustainable use.

We believe that when design starts with people, the result benefits everyone.

Essential for some. Useful for all.

Human-Centric Hardware.
