Austin Bradford

Austin Bradford has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Austin started their career in 2012 as an Agent Care and Server Administrator at Quomation Insurance Services. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Jr Operations Specialist at iPayables, where they focused on SQL server 2008-2012 and successfully automated the creation of complex database configurations.

In 2016, Austin joined Eccovia Solutions (Formerly ClientTrack, Inc.) as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer, where they provided SQL server 2012 data layer support and resolved data-related issues. Austin also took ownership of the highest priority tickets on the data layer.

Austin also reworked the SmartHome API to handle authentication using JWT and integrated it with a new web application. Additionally, they experimented with encryption technologies.

Currently, Austin is a Senior Full Stack Developer at Cinch, starting in 2023.
