Andrew Adam is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in digital transformation and technology innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at cinch since December 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Director at Burendo, where the focus was on enhancing client organizations' adaptability and ROI through digital solutions. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Auden, where Andrew played a crucial role in building a socially responsible bank, and various leadership positions at Equifax, including Head of European Delivery, overseeing significant product delivery across multiple channels. Andrew's extensive experience in the financial sector is complemented by early career roles at Lloyds Banking Group, HBOS, and BAE Systems. Andrew holds a degree in Electronic and Software Engineering from The University of Huddersfield.
