Natalie Allwright serves as the Human Resources Director for cinch and Marshall Motor Group since August 2022, after previously holding the role of Head of People at cinch. With a strong background in HR, Natalie has partnered with senior leadership teams at various organizations, including their role as Senior HR Business Partner at No7 Beauty Company, where collaboration with marketing executives and international retail division leaders was integral. Prior experience includes talent management consulting at Rolls-Royce, senior HR partnerships at Gowling WLG, Banco Santander, Citi, and Egg, as well as foundational HR roles at eToys and Software AG. Natalie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby.
