Simon Jack is an experienced leader in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Aftercare at cinch since September 2023. With a strong background in customer relations, Simon previously held the position of Customer Service Operations Manager at Novuna Vehicle Solutions from March 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included executing customer experience strategies. Prior to Novuna, Simon worked at McLaren Automotive Ltd as Client Services Manager, enhancing global customer experiences, and at BMW Group UK Limited, holding various roles including National Customer Service Manager and Business Development Manager for BMW i. Simon's career spans over two decades, demonstrating a consistent focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence across prominent brands.
