Saji Pillai is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the mechanical engineering field. Currently serving as President and Chief Engineer at CinchSeal since 2013, Saji has been instrumental in global expansion efforts. Previously, Saji held roles at Johnson Matthey from 2006 to 2013 as Senior Project Engineer and Engineering Application Leader, leading technical teams and significantly enhancing mechanical design processes. Earlier experience includes a Project Engineer position at Stein Seal, where Saji managed the GEnx engine seal development for the Boeing 777 and directed a drafting team to improve technical documentation. Saji's career began as a Scientist at the Gas Turbine Research Establishment, where innovative problem-solving skills were developed. Saji holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
