Courtney Barlow-Schulte currently serves as the Development and Communications Director at The Center for Great Neighborhoods since November 2021 and as the Director of Fund Development at Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) since September 2019. Additionally, an engagement with the Cincinnati Art Museum as Manager of Membership and Annual Giving has been ongoing since November 2014. As Board President of UpSpring since September 2013, significant leadership contributions have been made. Previous experience includes serving as Donation Center Coordinator at Dress for Success Cincinnati from August 2010 to November 2014 and as a 401K Customer Service Specialist at Fidelity Investments from 2009 to 2010. An internship at Unitierra, A.C. in 2008 involved responsibilities in supervising international students and organizing materials. Courtney Barlow-Schulte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography from the University of Kentucky (2004-2008) and a high school diploma from Lloyd Memorial High School (1998-2001).
