Mike Krauss

Mike Krauss is the current Director of Academy Operations at Cincinnati Ballet. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Education Programs at Orange County Performing Arts Center from December 2005 to May 2010. In this role, they led the implementation of CRM usage within the Education department and built key reports for the weekly "Jump Sheet" for the development department. Mike also administered program calendars to unify team members, produced on-site events, coordinated the Community Arts Festival 2007, and created e-marketing campaigns and webpage designs for all onsite educational events. Mike has a passion for the arts and helping others learn and grow through artistic expression.
