Doug Rosfeld

Rosfeld, 39, comes to the Bengals from Cincinnati's Moeller High School, where in his one season as football head coach (2018) at his alma mater, he led the Crusaders to a Greater Catholic League title and was named GCL Coach of the Year.

Rosfeld previously was the Director of Player Development for three seasons (2015-17) at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to UC, Rosfeld worked at Moeller from 2005-14 as offensive line coach, also serving as rugby head coach from '09-14.

Rosfeld played center at UC from 1997-2000, starting 34 games. He was named first-team All-Conference-USA after both his junior and senior seasons. His last name is pronounced "ROSS-feld."
