Aditi Paranjpe has a diverse work experience in the field of bioinformatics and research. Aditi recently worked at Cincinnati Children's as a Lead Bioinformatics Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing and interpreting biological data. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at the same organization. Aditi also worked as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Cincinnati Children's, where their responsibilities included data analysis and interpretation. Before joining Cincinnati Children's, Aditi worked at UCSF Medical Center as a Bioinformatics Programmer II, where they developed a machine learning model to predict infection type in meningitis patients. Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on studying mechanisms of intra-population diversity within species. Aditi also worked at National Chemical Laboratory as a Project Assistant, where they analyzed metagenomic data to identify and classify thermophilic bacteria. Aditi's first professional experience was at Persistent Systems as a Project Trainee, where they designed a pipeline for HPLC data visualization and handled software testing tasks.
Aditi Paranjpe holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they also obtained a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the Bioinformatics Centre, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Aditi completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at Fergusson College from 2010 to 2013.
