Erica Harris

Erica Harris is a Senior Specialist in Community Engagement at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, specializing in inclusiveness and accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include developing educational programs, consulting on federal and state inclusion initiatives, preparing grant proposals, and conducting stakeholder feedback sessions. Previously, as the NFHC AmeriCorps Program Director at the Health Planning Council of NE FL/Duval County Health Department, Erica built a service learning program, established partnerships with non-profit organizations, and provided training and support to staff and AmeriCorps members. Erica holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Health Science in Community Health from the University of North Florida.
