Farida Mostajabi

Farida Mostajabi, PhD has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and medical research field. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Biostatistician at Medpace for four years, where they provided statistical analysis for various research projects. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Project Manager II, where they managed project teams and ensured timely completion of projects within budget.

In 2016, Farida joined Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Senior Analyst in the Quality & Transformation department. Farida later transitioned into the role of Lead Analyst--Quality & Transformation (Data Analytics Manager) in June 2021. Their responsibilities in this role include utilizing data analytics to drive quality improvement initiatives and transformation projects.

Throughout their career, Farida has gained extensive experience in data analysis, project management, and quality improvement within the healthcare industry.

Farida Mostajabi, PhD, received their Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from Shiraz University. Farida then pursued a Master's Degree in Biostatistics from the same university. Farida later completed their Ph.D. in Biostatistics at the University of Louisville. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications in project management from Coursera Verified Certificates in the areas of budgeting and scheduling projects, initiating and planning projects, and managing project risks and changes, all in 2015.
