Josh Shepherd

Josh Shepherd currently serves as the Plant Engineering Manager at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, having advanced through various roles including Lead Technician and Maintenance Technician II/III since June 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Pool Specialist at Heatwave Pools from April 2008 to June 2012 and serving as a Health Care Specialist in the Army National Guard from August 2007 to November 2010. Josh Shepherd is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Operations at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, expected to be completed in December 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Operations Management from Ohio University, obtained between 2017 and 2019, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, completed in 2014.
