Kim Kaas

Kim Kaas, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kim'smost recent position was as Vice President of Operations - Population Health at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they led the development and execution of a comprehensive pediatric population health strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Vice President of External Medical Affairs, Director of Operations, Project Administrator, and Project Manager at the same organization. Kim also held the role of Executive Director and Board Member at Tri-State Child Health Services. In addition, they have worked at PPD as a Principal Business Analytics Specialist and at Kendle International in various managerial and analyst roles. Kim also gained experience as a Technical Support Specialist at the College of Mount St. Joseph and as a Software Technician/HelpDesk Coordinator/Database Assistant at Frontgate. Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in operations, project management, quality improvement systems, and clinical trial management systems.
