Lisa Wood

Lisa Wood has over 25 years of work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Lisa is currently working at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they have held multiple roles since 2016. Lisa'smost recent role is as a Senior Director of Compensation and Financial Programs. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director of Human Resources and a Director of Compensation at the same company. Before joining Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Lisa worked at Catholic Health Initiatives as a Division Compensation Manager from 2015 to 2016. From 2001 to 2015, they held various positions at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, including Director of HR Compensation and HR Consultant. Lisa's earliest work experience was as a Human Resources Supervisor at OPW, a Dover Company, from 1994 to 2000. Lisa began their career as an HR Generalist at Episcopal Retirement Homes in 1993.

Lisa Wood completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Hollins University from 1986 to 1990. Lisa then pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at Xavier University from 1990 to 1992, focusing on coursework only. In addition to their academic achievements, Lisa obtained certifications such as CCP from World at Work in 2012 and PHR from HRCI in 1999.
