Mark Potticary started their work experience in 1992 as an Operations Manager at Sam's Club. Mark worked in this role for 13 years until September 2005. In September 2005, they joined Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center as a Director of Logistics, where they were responsible for various operations including offsite distribution center, hospital medical supply storeroom, and mail and courier operations.

Mark Potticary obtained a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Dayton from 1978 to 1982. Mark later pursued an MS in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Wright State University. Additionally, Mark has obtained certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management in October 2021 and Certified Materials and Resource Professional from the American Hospital Association in October 2009.
