Melody Siska has extensive experience in quality management and advanced analytics, currently serving as Vice President of Quality and Advanced Analytics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center since September 2008, where Melody previously held the role of Assistant Vice President of Quality Transformation. Prior to this, Melody worked at IBM from January 2005 to September 2008 as a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt, and at Fifth Third Bank from 2000 to 2004 as a Process Improvement Master Black Belt.
