Michelle Boutillette Hudgens

Michelle Boutillette Hudgens, MBA, FACC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle is currently serving as the VP, Finance & Operations, Heart Institute at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Business Director at the same organization from July 2018 to November 2022.

Michelle also has experience in business development, having worked as a Business Development Manager from January 2017 to July 2018 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Marketing & Communications Associate- Community Outreach from January 2013 to December 2016 at the same institution.

Outside of the healthcare industry, Michelle has worked as a Freelance Broadcast Meteorologist since June 2014. Michelle previously worked as a Weekday Meteorologist/Weather Anchor at WKRC-TV from July 2004 to December 2012, a Weekend Meteorologist/Weather Anchor at KLBK from September 2001 to May 2004, and a Weather Producer at WWOR-TV from May 2001 to September 2001.

With their experience in finance, operations, business development, marketing, communications, and meteorology, Michelle brings a unique skillset and knowledge to their current role at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Michelle Boutillette Hudgens earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Penn State University in 2001. Michelle later obtained their Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Administration from IWU National & Global in 2018.
