Natasha Bigl

Natasha Bigl is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program management, community development, and early childhood education. Currently serving as a Senior Program Management Specialist at Cincinnati Children's, Natasha focuses on creating frameworks that assist youth with Autism and their families in transitioning to adult services. As Chief Operating Officer at Ronin Box Jump LLC since February 2021, Natasha oversees operational strategies. Previous roles include Community Development Team Lead at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio and Nutrition and Wellness Program Administrator at KinderCare Education, along with extensive experience in family and community partnerships at Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission. Natasha's career began with a focus on high-quality early education at TriHealth and 4C for Children, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Science from Wright State University and earlier education in Education at the University of Cincinnati.
