Rebecca Hobing, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Rebecca began their career in 2007 as an Accounting Office Assistant at the University of Dayton Research Institute, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Youth Mentor at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County. In 2013, they joined the University of Cincinnati as a Financial Administrator II, holding this position until 2016. In the same year, they joined Cincinnati Children's, where they have held several roles, including Financial Analyst II, Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Treasury Analyst, and Lead Treasury Analyst. Rebecca later became the Director of Finance & Treasury, responsible for leading the medical center's annual capital budget process and serving as the finance leader on Capital Project Steering Teams. Currently, Rebecca works as the Sr. Director Finance, Capital Planning & Financial Analysis at Cincinnati Children's, where they are responsible for strategic financial analysis and planning for the organization's capital investments.

Rebecca Hobing, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies and Human Rights, Political Science, and Spanish at the University of Dayton from 2007 to 2011. Rebecca graduated from McAuley High School in 2007.
