Sondra Reed

Sondra Reed, PHR, serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center since April 2023. Previously, Sondra held the position of Director of HR & Talent at CoStrategix, overseeing all HR initiatives, including Performance Management and Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Manager at UC Health, Sondra built and managed a recruitment team for a complex Academic Medical Center and developed company-wide recruitment strategies. Earlier experiences include roles as a Corporate Recruiter at MedPlus, where Sondra implemented a Talent Acquisition strategy, and Senior Recruiter at CTG, focusing on executive-level candidate pipelines. Sondra began a career in HR as an HR Coordinator at The Health Alliance, handling various HR functions. Sondra holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
