Warren Maxey

Warren (Tom) Maxey has extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance. Warren (Tom) worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 2007 to present as the Director of Plant Services. In this role, they oversee the operation and maintenance of various systems within the hospital, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Warren (Tom) also served as a Facilities Manager at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where they coordinated repairs and safety improvements for the Psych facility and managed Joint Commission compliance. Prior to that, they worked at Procter & Gamble as an HVAC Tech and High Pressure Boiler Operating Engineer, specializing in air handler repair, refrigeration recovery, and boiler operations.

Warren (Tom) Maxey obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from IWU National & Global in the years 2013-2015. Following that, they pursued a Masters in Science of Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2015-2018. In addition, Maxey holds certifications in EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Handling from Great Oaks Career Campuses and High Pressure Boiler operation from the State of Ohio.
