Wilma Anthony

Wilma Anthony has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Wilma began their career in 1993 as a Registered Nurse at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they eventually became the Inpatient Clinical Director and Assistant Vice President Patient Services. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership and supervised a team of healthcare professionals. Wilma also served as the Nurse Manager of the Psychiatric Specialty Resource Unit and Staffing Resource Office, overseeing staffing, recruitment, and retention efforts. Additionally, they worked as a Registered Nurse for American Nursing Care and Nurse Finders Inc. In recent years, they have held positions as a Population Health Care Manager at The Christ Hospital Health Network and a Faculty Lecturer at Galen College of Nursing-Cincinnati. Wilma has also been involved in the community as a Board Member at Health Pointe Family Care and an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at College of Mount St. Joseph.

Wilma Anthony completed their education with a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Christ Hospital School of Nursing in 1993. Wilma then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Mount St. Joseph University from 2006 to 2008. Wilma furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Executive Nurse Leadership from Northern Kentucky University from 2009 to 2012.
