Amy Hodge is an experienced educator currently serving as a Language Cultural Studies Teacher at KIPP Austin Public Schools since June 2016. Additionally, Amy has worked as a Preschool Teacher at Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency since August 2015, leading a classroom of 15 students while focusing on creating a safe learning environment. As a University of Oregon Campus Campaign Coordinator for Teach For America since September 2014, Amy has engaged with student groups and promoted education policy awareness. Previous roles include Camp Counselor at the Oregon Zoo and Experiential Educator at Camp Joy, where Amy facilitated engaging learning experiences. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in General Social Science from the University of Oregon, obtained in 2015.
